Can unsecured debentures be issued,if yes den for what term.?
is creation of DRR necessary for unsecured fully convertible debentures.

Yes unsecured debentures can be issued by a company. DRR has to be mantained.

unsecured deb. can b issued provided co. has maintained DRR
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
