IN CASE OF SELL OF IMMOVALBLE PROPERTY...THERE IS NO NEED TO OBTAIN TAN NO. TDS CAN BE DEDUCTED..FORM 16B CAN BE FILED FOR TDS DEPOSIT IN GOVERNMENT TREASURY
