doesnt your original agreement already provide for the clause of running business from the existing or any other location that you open in future?

There may be two situation for this case;

1. When your Firm has been created just by mutual agreement and entering into a simple Partnership Deed and it has not been Registered with the Registrar of Firms then all you need to do is just REDRAFT YOUR PARTNERSHIP DEED and Amend the Address wherever it had been given earlier (e.g Bank, GST registration, PAN card database etc.)

2. Second case is when your Firm is properly Registered with Registrar of Firms; then there is a big procedure for any changes. Here are the detailed procedure;

FORMS REQUIRED -

Form-2: For amendment in partnership deed for name change and amendment in partnership deed for address change.

Form-3: For a change of the other than the principal place of business.

Form-4: For Changes related to change of name of the partners & permanent address of the partners.

Form-5: For a change of constitution of forms & addition or Carry out of procedure for the retirement of a partner in a partnership firm

Form-6: For dissolution of the firm

Form-7: For minor partner attains the age of majority.

After Filling the respective form DRAFT ANOTHER PARTNERSHIP DEED according to the adjustments in the constitution of the Firm. Fill Form in Capital Letters in Form No. Pay the Challan Fees with the particular Bank and Submit the application with the concerned Registrar of Firms of the State.
