if value not exceeding Rs. 1000 per piece - 5% 

If value of one piece exceeds Rs 1000 - 12%

HSN 61, Articles of apparel and clothing accessories, knitted or crocheted, of sale value not exceeding Rs. 1000 per piece: 5%
And if exceeding Rs 1000 per piece then 12%.
