urgent

Today we hv generated one eway bill from delhi office (regd in Gst dekhi) for dispatching ice cream cart , refrigerator for exhibition in gurgaon mall) not regd in Gst in haryana. Ok. Now my question is how this assets will return back from gurgaon , to delhi office. My opinion is to eway bill will be generated by transporter or else option. Please clarify,
