That’s what I said all forms you need to approve at once, To file NIL return directly go to  Return => DVAT 16 fill other required details for Nil return like owner name, designation etc etc, same in form 1, save both forms.   Then go for approval of return under Return tab, click on approve to approve all annexures at once.   Before approve please make sure to provide detail on other annexure applicable on you Annexure 2A & 2B   Annexure 2C   Annexure 2D   Annexure 2E   Annexure 1A   Annexure 1B   Annexure 1C   Annexure 1D   Form 16   Form 1
