03 January 2013plz anyone can yell me how i can claim exemption fro pratical traning of CWA . i have a work experience of 4 year 2 months ia an organsitaion whose turnover of last year is more than 5 crores.
wt are the procedure..plz give me complete detail.
whether for claiming exemption i have to countinue my job or i can left my job.
plz help me

i have received clarification regardging this from chapter office. we have to obtain certificate from the company regarding the working experience for the period.this will be useful for completion of artices in CWA.

Agreed.
Yeah Exactly, you have to send that experience cetificate to the HO(kolkata) along with Rs.2000 DD fovouring Institute of Cost accountants of india.

PLEASE TELL ME THAT WHETHER I HAVE TO SEND ONLY D.D OF RS.2000 FOR EXEMPTION OR ALONG WITH THIS D.D. OF RS.1000 IS ALSO SUBMITTED REGARDING EXECUTION OF TRAINING DEED....
I M LITTLE BIT CONFUSE....

@ Shruti, you can go thru this link to know abt procedure for pract trng exemption..

and you dont need to send 1000/ DD again, you can add a note, that its already paid during registration,
you need to send
T3 form
DD of 2000/- favouring "The Institute of Cost Accountants of India" payable at Delhi,
Experience Certificate
copy of T2 form,
and you shd send it to
Director (Training & Placement),
ICWAI Bhawan, 3 Institutional Area,
Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110 003
and... you have 3yrs experience.. thats enough, no matter you are still working or not, I applied for exemption after resigning my job, and its sanctioned...
