Please help me......
in my company we have not pf registraiton.can i give salary to my employee in breakup like-gross salary,HRA, Conveyance and other allowance.

Hai..
Yes. You can give salary in such a break up as it has nothing to do with PF registration.
But if your Company is in mandate to register for PF(ie. Employees is more than 20) and still not done or not willing to do then make sure for every employee basic and DA exceeds Rs.6500/- per month

one employee breakup-
Basic -34800/-, House Rent Allowance- 17400/-, Conveyance- 800/-, Medical Allowance -1250/-, Special Allowance- 3750/-,
how much tds deduted on monthly basis.
No investment no rent paid.

Sachin jee there are little bit elaboration. i.e Residencial status is metro or non metro.
