Urgent

Some days back i got mail regarding my membership fees due and there is also a link through which i cud pay the fees either through net banking or credit card. Then when I am clicking on the link my banking channel gateway opened and after logging in it is asking me to confirm the payment. When i wa about to click i was surprised to see that the payment would be supposed to be made in favour of Tech Process Solution Ltd. instead of The Institute of Chartered Accountatnts of India. I immediately stopped and called the regional council, the concerned person said that mail was sent but they dont have any tie up with the said company and I may use the link provided in the website. Then I logged into icai website and clicked on  top right hand side e services and then on online membership fees payment but then also same name is coming. Please guide me is this fraud???????????
