I have one of my friends 194h refund for assesment year 09-10..n in 2008-09 he has shown his business..so should i continue with it,if yes thn how,cos i dont have his bank details n all to show business loss,as business is completely closed down..and i want to claim that 8900 rs for him.pls help.it's urgent..

File the it return under the provisions of section 44AD. but you need his bank account. Even if it is not of the business, any savings account will do. When you file ITR-4S i.e. Sugam, then you need not provide books of accounts. File the return with requisite details and you will get the refund within 3 months if the return is complete in all respects.
