is it necessary to fill annual return each n every year ? may i submit annual return for last three(3) year.( in case of public co).

in case of individual if your income is in excess of basic exemption limit then you have to file return...
in case of a company it is mandatory to audit by CA every year..for public limited company internal audit is also compalsary...

Dear Sanjiv ,
if You fill your annual return (form 20 B) for only for last 3 years, then your Master data in Mca Website will be updated, but it is necessery for compliance to file your all pending years Documents.
