My client s doing sub contract business like plumbing etc.. Is he liable to pay service tax.. plumbing work is for Residence house

This service is not define separately in Act, but chargeble under the category MRS.,
First you confirm, whether, the turnover limit have cross or not, if turnover is below 10 Lacs, then no requirement of Service tax registration,
