my family has a trust i mean a family trust where my father n 3 other bro of his r benificiaries in determinate share can nyone tell me that if i file a return to claim refund of tds ...can it be aseeseeble as aop or as individual???kindly help???
Please clarify ,in which PAN Number you are going to file return? and In which PAN Number you have the TDS Certicate?
hey till date tds was deducted on pvt trust which was nt registered nd no return regarding this income was filed ..as income after all calculations was below tax limit bt nw loan on this building on which rent is deductedd is taken so we need to file return to claim tds benifit???pls help////
The Trust is assessable as AOP..THE BENIFICIARIES CAN TAKE BENEFIT OF 67 A..
