you have to attach resignation letter and board resolution..
form 2B is to be lodged with the company for transfer of shares.. and it is not required to be filed with ROC.....

You are required to attach resignation letter.Borad resolution is not compulsory.
For stransfer of shares there is a separate process ,transfer deed (form 7B) needs to be filled in and signed by both transferor and transfree and then to be submitted with the concerned company.
Correct me if i m wrong

I wanted to know for transfer of share we have to pay any stamp duty & where could i find the form 2b , & i want to know about qualification of share.
