do I have to pay gst on urd purchase...
I m a scrap dealer and plastic item producer ,,?

No need to pay GST Tax for the purchases from URD.

As per Section 32 of CGST Act , URD cannot charge & collect Tax .

Hence if you are URD , the provision of GST is not applicable on you
