Urd interstate sales

I am from Mumbai, doing business without VAT number as Unregistered Dealers. I am selling my product locally and raise invoice without VAT. But now i want to sold my goods at Tamilnadu, Chennai. Shell i am able to do interstate transaction. If yes then please inform me about the tax liability. How  i pay CST and what is the percentage of CST. I want to sold coating solution use in screen printing process.
