Can a URD GTA supply inter state services. If Yes, than what will the consignee pay under RCM, IGST OR CGST/SGST.

Yes GTA urd can supply interstate
RCM will be done on IGST

If GTA is URD then CGST and SGST applicable...

Rakesh ji if GTA is registered then IGST is to be charged, if he is URD then CGST/SGST to be charged. I did not get you. Please elaborate more.
