if the turnover is below 20 lacs, then the individual person want to take GST or no need. if is their, in which under should register

No GST registration is required if your annual turnover is below 20 lac
But As per Section 24 CGST Act its mandatory to take Registration even if your turnover is less then 20 lacs If...
1. If you are supplying goods Interstate
2. Avail services from supplier whose services are Under RCM (lawyer) 9(3)
3. if supplying goods on behalf of E-commerce
