uploading problem of xml file

i am new to user. iam uploading a xml file in incometaxefiling.gov.in site.when i am uploading , the path becomes very light to visible. and more over when i clicks the submit button "upload" .It throws the error as "upload proper xml file" . if know the sol ution plz help me in this issue
