Is anyone have filed tax audit report electronically, if yes, please tell me where is the option of
uploading the financial statement in PDF formate. because the option available is only for XML files.

No, there is option to upload in pdf...further file size should not exceed 20MB....and perhaps the F/s should be signed by Directors/p[artners and auditor...so scan and then to convert to pdf..
xml is for tax audit report.
