Updating Primary contact details

17 July 2021contact details, instead of receiving two OTP, always received one either on my mobile or email id. Never did I receive both OTP at the same time . Resulting in failure to update profile.
spoke to call centre, they claim to have escalated the issue, asked me to keep trying and if it's unsuccessful to redo on Monday.
Does anyone have any solution to my problem. Please suggest any solutions.
