Updated offline utility for GSTR 9C

Dear Friends,

I understand in Part B of GSTR 9C (reconciliation statement), the words 'true and correct' are replaced with 'true and fair'. Considering this change, will a revised offline utility be made available on the GST portal? The current offline utility still uses the words 'true and correct'.
