Hi Dasharath, Thanks for the file but It is giving error in VBA code. "Ambiguous name detected". Please correct the same and upload the fresh one.

Do point out the errors in file uploaded if you could find them. It would make easy for uploader to correct the same before time.

Hi Sir, I'm not getting any error in the VBA code of file Due Date reminder (Version-2) Please describe the type of error you are getting. The file is in excel 1993-2003 format. If you need in the Excel 2007 format, please ask >>> **DM
