Another case filled by a student from mysore in karnataka high court regarding manipulation of marks. And hearing was on 13th then on 18th and now on 19th. Check link of karnataka hc posted by other members. Its very much connected with that case.

It means if the student get short marks by alloted by institure & same match with min marks require to qualify exam, then if the reply come favrable, then the student get delared as clear on result?
