How can we update DSC on new Income tax portal ? Is there any new pre-requisite on new portal ?

Download from below link . Also procedure available in zip file.
https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal/sites/default/files/2021-07/emBridge.zip
However income tax website not functioning properly and not allowing to register DSC on portal, so wait for some time.
