i have email you format of form -23

Yup. the new form of 2 pages can be used for 2008-09. But u'l see that not much is there in this new form as compared to the older one. So u have to check form 26 i.e. the one filled by the entity itself more carefully. Earlier everything was there in form 23 so not much emphasis was laid on form 26. But now in the new form 23 itself it is written that we are certifying the annual return i.e. form 26. So the detail filled in form 26 needs to be carefully checked. Thanks Apoorva for the info....and i have both the formats thats y m asking... but tell me how can u be sure about the applicability of the form???

In th notification  issued by the UP govt. it is clearly stated that it would be applicable with immediate effect i.e. the date of its publication in the gazette. So this form can be used for 2008-09. U can check the notification through this link.

Luk at the initital query buddy. Its regarding VAT. Not ROC matters. And the form provided in 2nd reply is for company matters.
