Yes, As per the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, NBFCs can issue unsecured NCDs on a private placement basis to qualified institutional buyers, such as banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, and pension funds. Additionally, the NBFC must comply with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, as applicable.
