unregistered supplier
one of the suppliers has issued a bill on 19th July with Gst on it... but the supplier actually obtained the registration as on 22nd July. can the credit be claimed on such purchases?

he cannot charge gst before he got registration certificate
at the time of charging he was actually in the process of registration
Invoices which are issued between date of implementation of GST and date of issue of RC could be revised in 1 month from Date of Registeration. Correct way to handle this issue is to ask your vendor to provide you with revised invoice.
