Whether Unregistered NGO registered under Society Registration Act,can claim exemption on income u/s 10 and 11.

He means unregulated u/s 12as or 80g
It can not claim the exemption under section 11&12.
To calim the exmption the application must be send to commissioner under section 11 & 12.
Registration u/s 12A is must to claim exemption.
Apply for regn. u/s 12A. Once the regn.is complete, it will be eligible for exemption u/s 10 & 11.
