I know u can't deal beyond 5k per day but what if it's a continuous service ??

I am not sure but sir , in case of continuous supply of service, it may be possible that unregistered dealer may not raise bill beyond 5k installment wise to get the benefit of exemption. it is clearly one type of loophole. in addition to that, unregistered dealer has not to raise tax invoice but he raises merely a bill.
