unregistered dealer
I want to start a new business and expected sale is below 20 lacs so I m not taking registration in gst. does it mean , no intimation / permission from any authority for starting business and just start purchasing and selling good ??

yes, but you won't be able to open a current account without GSTIN, and the registered dealers might hesitate to purch. from you if you remain unregistered..
you can proceed !! once ur sale turnover Cross u need to register for GST !! but you can't avail any input tax credit for ur business without having registration ..!!
so will I issue bill of supply till I remain unregistered???
