by mistek I m not file my unregistered and exempt purchase on gstr 3b Return from July to Feb. I want to know can if I file July to March unregistered purchase in March gstr 3b Return.

Yes u can file your returns without late till sep17 there after late Rs50 per day for normal case and Rs20 for nil returns
