I am a composit delear. If I purchased from unregister dealer what is the tax liability in the case of sale the product.

As per your (composition taxpayers) rate...
If running restaurant @ 5 & others 1%
1. Liability on output will be as per normal composition rate.
2. With regards to purchases from unregister, presently it is defer to 30/6, after that will need to pay tax on purchases from unregister and won't be eligible for credit.
