what you mean by unregister dealer?
if person from we are buying goods who is not eligible for gst still it consider as unregister?
we are into retail business with composite scheme.
there will be many vendor who is not eligible for gst.

Unregistered dealer is a person who is not registered under GST. If a registered person buys goods from unregistered dealer then the registered person will have to pay tax by reverse charge mechanism. If you are under the composition scheme then you are a registered dealer, however you cannot collect GST or claim Input Tax Credit.
