If GTA is unregd. in GST,
and invoice value of freight inward is 3000,
then whether I can avail the benefit of 5000 limit per day or I need to compulsorily pay 5% GST on rcm?

you can avail the benefit of 5000 limit....no need to pay any tax under RCM
Please go through sl no. 21 of 12/2017 central tax (rate) notification. GTA comes under reverse charge. You can avail benefit of rs. 750 / rs. 1500 as it was in service tax. To your query you have to pay tax.
yes ,you will be liable to pay GST,not avail to benefit of SRC 9(4),it's cover in sec 9(3).
