Dear Friends

Can Unlisted Companies pay remuneration in excess of 198 limits (i.e.more than 11%) without central Govt approval,subsequent to MCA circular dtd 08/02/2011 changing Schedule XIII ?

EARLIER THERE WAS A RESTRICTION OF OBTAINING THE permission from the central govt.. now such restriction is removed..3. however the other provision of schedule XIII are to be satisfied.
