Any body know what is unique transaction no.(UTN) that is to be mentioned in TDS certi. wef 1-4-09 comes as per new it notification
it is also mentioned in the notifi. that tds challan format will be changed to form 17?
when you file the return as per the new rules, a unique transaction number for every deductee will be generated, this same UTN you have to quote in your TDS certificate
