Interest for late payment of TDS has been increased from 12% to 18%
and there is some chnages (relaxation) given w.r.t TDS to be deducted and time till when they can be deposited...
Roughly ...expneses on which TDS deducted and paid till Sept / filing of return can be claimed as tax deductable expense
