Hi, My name is R.Suresh Shrinivasan, Residing at Erode Tamilnadu.

This time I got exemption in ca final auditing paper by exactly 60 marks.

But secret of securing the mark in theroy paper is

1. Study auditing and accounting standards.

2. Revise compilation for revision and use one standard book.

to get exemption in MAFA follow the following books:

1) Bala and Ram, Snowwhite Publication for concept building,

2) A.N. Sridhar, for solving different types of sums and

3) Reliance complier, to practise the previous terms problems.

surely you will get good marks and also acquire a good concept on the subject.

Hey friends....

I gave my final new course attempt this nov and unexpectedly i did not pass....rather i fail with very poor performance....particularly in Audit and Information Systems...where I expected to score around 50 in both...

I was so shocked to see my result like this....coz i cleared my PE1 and PE2 in first attempt....

if any1 can guide me regarding audit and info sys....i would b really happy...thank you...:)

hi guys i appeared last nov.09. this was my second attempt. in the first i got auditing only 31. i studied padhukas advanced auditing. i changed the book to kamal garg's Aduiting. The mark is striking 62. i prefer u guys to go for kamal gargs. the good thing about the book is very interesting to read, lucid. its purely our insti material but not like padhukas cut and paste. the book will make us study.just go for it.

I agree with all of you you as i am in the ame boat. I have already cleared my 1 st group, but has been unable to clear the 2nd group in last 3 attempts. I can give a few suggestions to people who are flunking the 1st group.I din't take any coaching but completely read through Padhukas' books for Accounts & MAFA. fOR LAW & AUDIT, i REFERED ONLY TO mUNISH bHANDARI & sURABHI bANSAL'S NOTES..I would welcome anyone to call & share inputs with me on my no. 9873465770.

hi laxmi,

i have also gone through the same situation in past 2 attempts, one suggestion is that now we can apply for copy of verified answer papers, the same has been upheld by the RTI commision(find refference below).

may be you can apply for the paper which has been stumbling block for you to achieve what you deserve and can improvise your performance in the coming attempt and have that smile on your face ;)

about preparation i think it would be better if you get the paper and then compare with the suggested answers of the institute which will help you know where you stand. there on it should be easy for you to move ahead in the right direction with a greater speed

all the very best for your planning and coming attempt.
