Underlining keywords in Exam

Are we allowed to underline keywords or important phrase of any answer on our answer scriptts with a pencil???

Yes, when i gave my pe 2 attempt, i underlined important phrases and got 72 marks in IT.

but, rule 25 of the note attached with the admit card prohibits us from underlining....... pls check and confirm....;-)
