Friends,
One of my friend (Broker in Food Grains & Pulses) has developed a Mobile App under which his clients i.e. Millers and Traders get registered for their commodity type, rate and quality. For getting registered for this App client has to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- as a Annual Fee for this service.
Under which statute he has to take license or registration ?
Pl reply if any one has knowledge of such things.
