Can one file his return under 44ad, 44ada,44ae without getting signature of ca ?

Yes. As all the above 3 sections are based on presumptive income. Audit is not required for the same in normal circumstances if the conditions of showing income according to the above sections is fulfilled. CA's signature will not be required to file/upload the return. It can be done by the assessee himself/herself.

CA Signature is only required for filing audit reports.
When you are filing your IT Return on the portal, It is only signed by you.
You can file your IT return u/s 44AD/ADA/AE without any CA signature.

The scheme of section 44AD is designed to give relief to small taxpayers engaged in any business, except the following businesses: Business of plying, hiring or leasing of goods carriages referred to in section 44AE. A person who is carrying on any agency business.
Your business's gross turnover exceeds Rs. 1 crore in any preceding year, or if your profession's gross receipts are more than Rs. 50 lakh in any preceding year. Your business or profession is presumptively covered under Sections 44ADA/44AE/44BB/44BBB , and your profit is less than the specified limit.

My clients turnover is around 25 lac & profit is around 3 lac, there has no option to choose Itr3,, shall i go with Itr 4??
