I delivered my CA Final form a week back, but the speed post site doesn't say it is delivered. Its reached Delhi, but not ICAI yet. What should i do ? Do i need to re-send the form with late fees ? How do i pay the late fees then ? Neither ICAI nor Post Office is giving any good reply. What numbers or emails can i contact ICAI on for some good guidance and reply.
Please help there's only 1 week left..don't want my attempt to go

Call the postal department once again and confirm the latest status, as websites may show the information late.
NO NEED BUT CONTACT POSTAL DEPARTMENT
Ur exam form(without late fees) should reach ICAI office by September 4th.. So check the postal tracking tomorrow pref after 5.00 pm. to check delivery status else, as u would have done in normal course of time, Contact Postal Dept on Monday and based on their reply contact ICAI's office also

firstly post your query at e sahayata at this link https://220.227.168.109/
and in mean time resend a copy of your form and speed post slip. and trace where your form from postal office..
go to www.indiapost.gov.in and click on speed post tracking......it will show all the movements of speed post

I do have a copy of the post slip.
Im planning to send another form with a DD of Rs. 500 for the late fees. Also i'll attach the previous post slip and type a small covering letter to explain the circumstances.
Is this is good enough ? Will the DD be accepted ? Also whose name does the DD need to be made in ?

@ utsav- earlier have you send the form online? if yes then i dont think that there is any need to send the DD again. because in case of online the payment is automatically received. just send copy of form and payment slip. and do consult e sahayata. its very useful.

Yes..I paid the fees online within the due date. I've emailed E-Sahayata too, but they'll probably take 2-3 days to reply..and by then the due date will get over. I've prepapred a covering letter and another form too. Will just check with the Post Office first. If no positive reply from them, then i'll re-send the Form.
I think there's no harm in resending the Form with a covering letter. DD of Rs. 500 is no big deal. Don't want them to come harassing me saying i was late and didn't pay late fees or something.
Dont worry u wld get ur admit card along with a letter stating that submit the form within so many days......
u wld have to send the copy of the speed post letter to avoid any fine.
same thing happend with me in last time when i gave CA final exam.

Even, I am also facing the same problem. I have forwarded my Application through Speed Post on 30-Aug-2011 and I am not able to track the status from Indiapost.gov.in website, it is showing as below and I went to nearest Post Office and asked the status. They have replied as, when multiplie letters came for same destination all will be packed in a separate bag and forwarded with a difffernt no. and send to the destination. Hence, the Speed post no. as mentioned in the slip will not give clear picture after some point. Even, I have raised my query through eSahitya. Till now, no respond. Please tell me how to trace the status.

They Never show it delivered, don;t worry.
Mr. sekhar your form has reached ICAI, dnt worry and as i mentioned earlier those who hav submitted the fees will get the admit card irespective of form being recd. If form has not been recd, one will get a letter along with the admit card which has to be submitted before the date mentioned on the letter(usualy before the declartion of the result)
