Assessee filed IT Return through online, for the AY 2009-10 and claimed TDS of Rs.5 lakhs, where as the correct TDS amount as per 26AS was Rs.8 lakhs. The assessment is not completed, status showing is "Transferred to AO", what is the solution available ?
You shall need to visit your AO with complete details and discuss your case.
Bcoz the refund is excessive more than 1 lakh they normally send to AO and CIT for refunds.
