yeah.. u have the option in the TDS Schedule of ITR of current year
you have to mention the AY which the TDS belongs to in the appropriate column
you should not have claimed such tds in the earlier years..
or, the other option is you can give intimation request of the earlier AY and file rectification adding the unclaimed TDS, so that you will get refund for that assessment year itself

yes u can claim tds of last year in current ITR.

You can claim unclaimed TDS of preceding years in current year, only if you dont have taxable income in each year.
If you have Taxable Income but there have TDS more than your Tax Liability. You can file your Return by filing condonation of delay to your Assessing Officer and He will allow you to file your preceding years return and also u can claim unclaimed TDS in that relevant periods.
