As we know that unabsorbed depreciation can be carried forward for unlimited time & that too in case of belated return but can it be set off from "Long Term Capital Gain" before "PGBP" in next Financial Year, if the assessee is in the lower tax bracket?
You can set off carry forwarded unabsorbed depreciation with any types of income except salary.
