Hi - I have provided house rent slips to my employer that sum of sligtly more than one lakh a year. My land lord is not willing to provide his PAN card. Will I get tax deduction on 1 lakh (for which pan card of land lord is not required) or there will be no relaxation?

Yes you will get the deduction u/s 10(13A) if you are receiving HRA from your employer and subject to fulfillment of other conditions.
