Unable to register pan for filing it retur=ns

Hi All,

I have been trying in vain to register my PAN on line for filing my e returns @ https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/register.do?screen=registerPage1, but every time i enter my details it says my first name middle name last name doesn't match with the records, but on 2 occasions it said that i have filed for registry more than once and an activation mail has been sent to my mail and i can directly log in if i did not receive the actavation mail, but neither i received any activation mail nor i can log in.

I even wrote a mail to ask @ incometaxindia.gov.in but  my mail never got delivered to them.

I even tried KNOW YOUR PAN Option to know my first and last name but the the server can never be connected.

I request you guys to kindly help me in registering my PAN
