Unable to register dsc under mca portal

While registering DSC with MCA Portal following error message is showing:

Following errors have been occured while submitting the page:

Certificate has not been selected.

In this situation, I am unable to file Form with MCA.

I have installed JAVA 8 update 101.

Anybody has the solution please share with me.
