I am a chartered accountant enrolled as a member of ICAI w.e.f. 01-04-2021. I tried to register as a chartered accountant on the new efiling portal but the portal displays an error message that my date of enrollment is invalid. The same date is evidenced by my ICAI member card. I mailed this incident to the efilingwebmanager but got no reply from them. Please suggest me what can be done in this situation.

Im faced the error as "The Member name for entered Membership number is not matching with Name as per PAN."
Log a complain on icai ssp portail & email your issue to income tax department.
I was facing same problem but not resolved.
Already filed a complaint in icai ssp portal and income tax portal in grievances section but not yet resolved, no reply response received.
I am also facing the issue that membership number doesn't exist. Kindly guide me
